Mr. Long is the President at American Capital Realty Group, Inc. He joined the AMCAP Team in 1995 and has oversight of all property management operations. Over his career, Richard has managed in excess of 10,000 multifamily units and has overseen the collection of over $1 billion of rents. Richard received his BA in political science from the University of California, Irvine. He currently is a licensed real estate broker in multiple states and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He currently holds the title of Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) and has been in the property management since 1983
Mr. Presicci is a Senior Vice President at American Capital Realty Group, Inc. Prior to joining AMCAP, Michael was an Associate Vice President at Colony Capital, Inc. and was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing new and existing investments. While at Colony, Mr. Presicci participated in the consummation of over $2 billion of assets, across various real estate asset classes. A few of these transactions include the acquisition of debt portfolios from the FDIC and various other organizations (totaling over $1 billion of UPB), origination of over $200 million of high-yield corporate debt secured by 1st mortgages entitled land, a $150 million multifamily development joint venture, a $400 million mixed use development project. Additionally, Mr. Presicci has directly managed over $500 million in assets and has underwritten over $6 billion of investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. Prior to joining Colony in 2006, Mr. Presicci was an officer and attorney in the United States Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps and, contemporaneously, a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Department of Justice. Previously, Mr. Presicci worked in the real estate transaction department of Dewey Ballantine, LLP in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Presicci received his B.A. in economics, *cum laude*, from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Pepperdine University School of Law. Currently, Mr. Presicci is a member of the California State Bar and holds broker licenses in California and Arizona.
